1. Core Principle

Use Random Call respectfully. This platform is for safe social interaction and entertainment, not harm, exploitation, or unlawful conduct.

2. Content and Behavior Not Allowed

3. Offence Categories and Penalties

Critical Offences: CSAM, sexual exploitation, credible violent threats, trafficking activity. Action: immediate permanent ban and legal reporting as required.

Major Offences: explicit harassment, hate speech, repeated fraud/scam behavior, serious privacy abuse. Action: immediate suspension or permanent ban.

Moderate Offences: spam, abusive language, repeated policy bypass attempts. Action: warning, temporary restriction, escalating suspension.

4. Detection and Review

We use automated and manual safety systems, including nude-detection signals and behavior-risk patterns, to detect potential violations. Some content may be restricted while reviewed.

5. User Tools

Users can block and report accounts. Reports are prioritized by severity and risk signals.

6. Appeals

If enforcement was applied incorrectly, users can contact support for appeal. We may request additional details to reassess.

7. User Responsibility

Each user is solely responsible for actions and content shared on the platform. Misuse may lead to account and legal consequences.

These standards support safety expectations commonly required under major app marketplace rules, including user-generated content moderation and abuse prevention controls.
