Child Safety Standards

Published by Random Call · Last updated: 29 August 2026

Random Call is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation on our service. Our app is intended for adults only, and users must be 18 years or older to create or use an account.

1. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

Random Call strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). We have zero tolerance for CSAM, grooming, sexual exploitation of minors, trafficking, sextortion, or any behavior that sexualizes, harms, targets, or endangers children.

Any content, account, message, profile, live interaction, or activity involving child sexual abuse or exploitation is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal, permanent account termination, and reporting to the appropriate authorities.

2. Adult-Only Service

Random Call is an 18+ social and video chat service. We do not knowingly allow children to use the app. If we discover or reasonably suspect that a user is under 18, we may restrict, suspend, or remove the account and take steps to protect the user and community.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not upload, share, request, promote, or engage in:

4. Detection, Moderation, and Enforcement

We use a combination of automated systems, user reports, and human review to identify and respond to safety risks. Enforcement may include content removal, feature limits, account suspension, permanent bans, device or network restrictions, and preservation of evidence where legally appropriate.

We may also review reports, chat metadata, profile information, and safety signals to investigate suspected abuse, prevent repeat violations, and protect users.

5. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users can report suspected child safety violations through in-app reporting tools or official support channels listed in our app store listing. Reports should include as much detail as possible, such as username, profile information, time of incident, screenshots where safe and lawful, and a description of the concern.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first.

6. Cooperation with Authorities

When we become aware of suspected CSAM, grooming, or child exploitation, we may report relevant information to law enforcement, child protection organizations, or other legally authorized bodies as required or permitted by law.

We cooperate with valid legal requests and preserve relevant account, safety, and technical information where necessary for child protection, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

7. User Education and Community Rules

Our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Standards explain user responsibilities, prohibited content, moderation actions, and data handling practices. All users are expected to follow these rules at all times.

8. Contact for Child Safety Issues
