1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Random Call (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Adult-Only Use

You must be at least 18 years old (or older where local law requires). You represent that all registration information is accurate. We may suspend or terminate accounts for age misrepresentation or false identity claims.

3. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must keep your login details secure and promptly notify support of unauthorized access.

4. Service Description

The Service provides social discovery features including chat, calls, profile tools, and virtual economy features (such as coins, gifts, and paid features where available). Service availability may vary by country, platform, and legal requirements.

5. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You must comply with law, these Terms, and our Community Standards. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual exploitation, CSAM, trafficking-related activity, non-consensual content, scams, extortion, impersonation, doxxing, malware distribution, and any unlawful activity.

We enforce zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, grooming, and credible violence threats.

6. User Content and License

You retain ownership of content you create, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service, including moderation and safety enforcement.

You confirm you have the rights needed to post your content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

7. Safety, Moderation, and Enforcement

We use automated and human moderation, including risk-detection systems, to enforce policies and protect users. Enforcement actions may include warnings, temporary limits, feature restrictions, content removal, suspension, or permanent account bans.

Where legally required, users may request review or appeal moderation decisions via support channels.

8. Virtual Items, Coins, and Paid Features

Coins and virtual items are licensed, not sold, and have no cash value except where law requires otherwise. Pricing, packages, and availability may change at any time. Platform billing providers (Google Play/Apple) handle payment processing under their own terms.

Unless required by applicable law, purchases are final and non-refundable after delivery of digital content/services. If local law grants refund or withdrawal rights, those rights remain unaffected.

9. Consumer Rights (EU/EEA/UK)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA/UK, mandatory consumer protection laws apply in addition to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party services (e.g., app stores, payment processors, cloud providers). We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, but we select providers with appropriate safeguards for security and compliance.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion via the Delete Account Request page. We may suspend or terminate access where needed for policy enforcement, legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, or abuse prevention.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or risk-free operation, nor that all harmful conduct can be prevented.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/data/business arising from use of the Service. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under law (including certain consumer rights or liability for intentional misconduct/gross negligence where applicable).

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your unlawful conduct, Terms violations, or infringement of third-party rights.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our operating entity, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise. If you are in the EU/EEA/UK, you may bring claims in your country of residence where required by law.

16. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service and these Terms to reflect legal, safety, or product changes. We will post the updated Terms with a new effective date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
