1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Random Call, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your region, whichever is higher). Age misrepresentation is prohibited and may result in permanent account removal.

3. Purpose of Service

Random Call is provided for social interaction and entertainment purposes. The app is not intended for unlawful activity, adult commercial activity, escort services, trafficking, exploitation, or any abusive conduct.

4. User Content and Conduct Rules

You are solely responsible for your actions, messages, profile content, and media while using the app.

Strictly prohibited behavior includes: harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, nudity intended to sexualize minors, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), impersonation, scams, extortion, doxxing, copyright infringement, and any illegal conduct.

5. Offences and Enforcement

Violations may lead to immediate action including warning, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, permanent ban, content removal, and report escalation to law enforcement where required.

We maintain zero tolerance for CSAM, grooming, sexual exploitation, and credible threats of violence.

6. Automated Safety Systems (Including Nude Detection)

To improve platform safety and comply with marketplace standards, we use automated moderation signals, including nudity detection and abuse-risk detection, to flag potentially unsafe content and behavior.

Automated systems are not perfect and may produce false positives. We may apply temporary restrictions while review is completed.

7. Reporting, Blocking, and Appeals

Users can report and block abusive accounts. If your account or content is restricted, you may contact support for review and appeal.

8. Google Play and Apple App Store Compliance

Our policies and enforcement are designed to align with Google Play Developer Program Policies and Apple App Store Review Guidelines, including user-generated content, abuse prevention, harmful content controls, and age-appropriate safety measures.

9. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activities performed through your account. Share credentials at your own risk.

10. User Responsibility and Indemnity

You are personally responsible for misuse of the app. If your actions violate law or third-party rights, you agree to indemnify and hold Random Call harmless from resulting claims, losses, and liabilities to the extent permitted by law.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free moderation outcomes, or that all harmful behavior can be prevented.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Random Call is not liable for user misconduct, third-party actions, indirect damages, or losses arising from unauthorized use of the service.

13. Law Enforcement Cooperation

We may preserve, review, and disclose information where legally required or where necessary to prevent serious harm, investigate illegal activity, or comply with lawful requests.

14. Policy Updates

We may update these Terms as the app evolves or legal requirements change. Continued use after updates means acceptance of revised Terms.
