Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Random Call digital purchases (coins, VIP / premium plans, and related paid features) made on our website or apps. By completing a purchase you acknowledge this policy (Chargeback / “I Accept” acknowledgement).

2. Digital Nature of Purchases

Coins, VIP access, gifts, and similar items are intangible digital content / licensed virtual items. Once successfully delivered to your account, they are generally considered consumed or begin performance immediately.

3. Cancellation Before Payment Confirmation

You may abandon checkout before successful payment without charge. Incomplete or failed payments do not create an order and need no cancellation.

4. Cancellation After Successful Payment

After payment is confirmed and digital content is credited, the purchase cannot be cancelled for convenience, because delivery is instantaneous. You may still request a review under the refund cases below.

5. Refund Eligibility

We may approve a refund (full or partial) in these cases:

Duplicate / accidental charge with valid payment proof.
Payment successful but content not delivered within 48 hours and our investigation confirms non-delivery.
Technical error on our side that prevented use of the purchased feature.
Mandatory consumer / card-scheme / payment-partner rules that require a refund.

Refunds are generally not granted for: change of mind after delivery; unused leftover coins after voluntary use; account bans for Terms / Community Standards violations; or disputes caused by sharing account credentials.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email kamalsingh.chaudhary@gmail.com or use in-app Support within 7 days of the transaction, with:

Registered email / username
Order ID / transaction ID / payment gateway reference
Date, amount, and payment method
Short description of the issue

7. Review Timeline

We aim to respond within 3–5 business days and complete eligible refunds within 7–14 business days after approval. Bank / card timelines may add extra days depending on your bank and payment partner (including CCAvenue where used).

8. Refund Method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Store purchases (Google Play / Apple) must follow the respective store’s refund process when the charge was made through that store.

9. Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback so we can resolve the issue faster. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to account suspension pending investigation. Filing a chargeback does not automatically cancel a delivered digital service.
