What is Random Call? ▼
Random Call is a live video and text chat platform that connects you with real people around the world instantly. Think of it as a social discovery app — match randomly, start a conversation, make friends, or just have a good time. It is designed purely for entertainment and social interaction.
Who can use Random Call? ▼
Random Call is available to users aged 18 and above only. You must agree to our Terms of Service and Community Standards during registration. Age verification may be required. The app is for entertainment and social discovery purposes only.
How does random matching work? ▼
Tap the "Start Matching" button and our system instantly finds another user who is online and ready to connect. Matches are random by default. Once matched you can start a text or video chat right away. If the conversation is not a fit, simply skip to get matched with someone else instantly — skipping is free.
What are Hosts? ▼
Hosts are verified content creators and social personalities on the platform. They accept paid video calls from users, go live, and receive virtual gifts. Hosts earn coins from every interaction, which can be converted to real money via withdrawal. Anyone can apply to become a Host from their Profile → Host Application.
Is Random Call available on Android and iOS? ▼
Yes. Random Call is available on the Google Play Store (Android) and the Apple App Store (iOS). A limited web version is also accessible from your browser. Download links are on this page.

Yes, creating an account is completely free. Register using your email address or phone number. OTP verification is required for account security. No credit card is needed to sign up.
FREEIs text chat free? ▼
Yes. Text chat during a random match session is free. You can also text chat with friends on your friends list at no cost. Chat history is saved in your inbox and accessible at any time for free.
FREECan I use Random Call without buying coins? ▼
Yes. Core features — random matching, text chat, friend system, profile browsing, and reporting — are fully available without purchasing coins. Coins are only required for premium interactions such as video calls, sending gifts, and sending Super Messages.
What are Coins? ▼
Coins are Random Call's in-app virtual currency. You use coins to unlock premium experiences like video calls, sending gifts to Hosts, and sending Super Messages. Coins can be purchased through the app via Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase using real money.
COINSHow are video calls charged? ▼
Video calls are charged on a per-minute basis. The coin rate depends on whether you are calling a regular user or a Host (Hosts set their own per-minute rate). Your coin balance is shown before you start a call. The call ends automatically if your balance runs out, or you can end it at any time manually.
COINSWhat are Gifts and how much do they cost? ▼
Gifts are virtual items (animations, icons) you can send to Hosts or other users during a live session. Each gift has a fixed coin cost shown before you send it. A portion of the gift's value is credited to the receiver as earnings. Gift prices range from a few coins for basic items to hundreds of coins for premium animated gifts.
PAIDWhat is a Super Message? ▼
A Super Message is a highlighted, eye-catching message that stands out in the recipient's inbox. Sending a Super Message costs coins and ensures your message is noticed even if the recipient has many messages. Receiving a Super Message is always free.
PAIDHow do I recharge my coin balance? ▼
Go to Profile → Wallet → Recharge. Choose from available coin packages. Payment is processed securely via Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Can Hosts withdraw their earnings? ▼
Yes. Hosts accumulate coins from paid calls, gifts, and Super Messages. These coins can be converted to real money and withdrawn via the Host Wallet. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 5–7 business days. Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply as outlined in the Host Agreement.
Are video calls private? ▼
Yes. Video calls are peer-to-peer and are not recorded or stored by Random Call. However, our automated safety system monitors behavioral signals to detect policy violations such as nudity or inappropriate content. Always use the in-call report button to report any abuse immediately.
How does Random Call detect inappropriate content? ▼
We use automated image analysis and behavioral signal detection to identify nudity, harassment, and other policy violations in real time. Flagged sessions are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team. Users who violate our Community Standards face warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans depending on severity.
How do I block or report someone? ▼
During any chat or on any user's profile, tap the ⋯ menu and select "Block" or "Report". Blocked users cannot contact you or be matched with you again. Reports are reviewed by our team within 24 hours. Your identity is kept confidential when you submit a report.
What happens with missed calls? ▼
If a user calls you while you are offline or busy, it is recorded as a Missed Call in your notifications. You can view your missed calls list and choose to call back (coin cost applies as usual). Missed call notifications can be cleared from your profile.
Can I delete my account and data? ▼
Yes. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Your profile, chat history, and personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days per our Privacy Policy. Any unused coin balance is forfeited upon account deletion. Active bans or ongoing safety reviews may delay processing.
